Q: WHAT KINDS OF GLITTERS ARE USED ?
A. All of the glitter that we use ae COSMETIC GLITTERS and they are very safe to use on your skin. All glitters are FDA certified. There are 5 different kids og cosmetic glitters, they are: Metallic, Holographic, Prism, Iridescent,& Mica.

We also use POLYESTER GLITTERS (Chunky Glitters) which are safe to use. These high quality glitters has different look and unique properties. They are not consider COSMETIC GLITTERS GRADE. be careful using chunky glitters , here at PamperMeGlam we use a very small amount in our glitter mixes.

Q: HOW CAN YOU UPDATE MY ADDRESS IF I ENTERED IT WRONG OR INCOMPLETE?
A: We highly recommend that  you double and triple check your address as we can not alter it after it has been submitted. However we do reserve the rights to cancel an order should the billing or shipping information be deemed incorrectly. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Please contact your financial  institution for more details on when you will see funds reflected in your account.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
A: All orders are processed and shipped out 7-14 business days. The time may increase during high volumes and sales.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
A: once you place your order you will receive a confirmation via email with all of your order details. We ask that you make sure you are attaching the correct email to your order throughout the checkout process as we can not change this information should it be incorrect.

Q: HO DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once processed your order will ship within 24-48 hours via USPS and you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can CLICK HERE to track your order or visit the USPS website.

 Q: I PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
A: Unfortunately after an order is completed we can not alter it in anyway.

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
A: In a rear event that your items is not in pristine condition, we truly apologize! Please reach out the PMG team at Pampermeglamm@gmail.com. Our team will gladly assist you.
